Late payments, Defaults, County Court Judgements (CCJ's), Bankruptcy or Individual Voluntary Arrangements (IVA's), in today's world it could happen to us all. Sometimes things happen that are beyond our control - divorce, failure of a business venture, failure of someone else's business! If you are affected then you know that it can easily make it very hard, if not impossible, to obtain finance. If you are a tenant, a new start business or a business with poor accounts obtaining credit can sometimes appear impossible.

Unlike so many other companies that offer assistance in this area, we are not a finance company that charges exorbitant rates or or a car dealer selling cars at over inflated prices. We act as agents for some of the few specialised funders in the market. It is our job to get the best acceptance terms and prices on your behalf. Typically most lenders would ask for four rentals as an advance payment, although we can get deposits as low as just £400 for near prime customers.

We can offer a number of facilities from different funders:

Contract Hire: (Perfect for someone that wants a nearly new car every 3 years). The Funder, perhaps the most flexible of them, supplies the vehicles, the prices are based on 15,000 miles per annum non-maintained contracts, with 4 months initial payments (subject to status). All contracts include Road Fund Licence (Road Tax or VED) for the duration of the contract. Typical prices 6-12 month old cars from £200 inc VAT - Corsa, Fiesta size £265 inc VAT  - Astra, Focus size £330 inc VAT - Inisgnia, Mondeo size £400 inc VAT

Flexilease: (Perfect for someone wants to drive a new / nearly new car that is changed every 12 or 18 months, where you are doing higher mileage or looking for commercial vehicles or vans). The funder supplies the vehicles, their fleet is all under a year old, the prices are based on 25,000 miles per annum and are FULLY MAINTAINED. An administration fee of £200 + VAT is payable with the initial payment. All contracts include Road Fund Licence (Road Tax or VED) for the duration of the contract. There is a unique flexible termination policy and the agreement can be terminated without additional cost after 9 months (6 months on a 12 month contract). Typical prices 0-6 month old vehicles from £350 inc VAT - Corsa, Fiesta size £360 inc VAT  - Astra, Focus size £430 inc VAT - Octavia, Inisgnia, Mondeo size £504 inc VAT - Vans from £408 inc VAT

Ongoing Rolling Contracts: (Perfect for customers without CCJ's or not in an IVA and looking for a flexible option). A good choice of cars and vans all from the Ford range. Only available to Private Individuals who are not showing as Bankrupt, in IVAs and have not had any CCJ's in the last 6 years. Also available to Limited Companies with up to date accounts lodged at Companies House that show a positive Net Worth or for a new company with no accounts lodged as yet, again, no CCJ's. Initial 3 or 6 month minimum contract that can then be renewed. No initial payment BUT a refundable security deposit will be required of between £750 - £1000.  Mileages available up to 4000 per month. Private Individuals must arrange insurance via the funders nominated insurance brokers. The vehicles are changed for brand new ones every 2-5 months and before 9000 miles so the vehicles will never need to be serviced, conversely as they are swapped regularly this facility may not be suitable for everyone. Typical prices new vehicles, from - Fiesta £320 inc VAT  - Focus size £379 inc VAT - Transit - £346 inc VAT

Hire Purchase: (Ideal were you really need to part-exchange your own car or looking for an older or specialised car) You find the vehicle - you can finance vehicles up to 6 years old and under 70,000 miles with less than 3 previous owners (4 if over 4 years old). Proof of service history is sometines required. They must come from a reputable dealer. The funder can't finance left hand drive cars,  grey imports or insurance write off's. The deposit payable is variable and will be based on the difference between the vehicle sale price and its trade value, this can be as low as £400 on 'near prime' acceptances but the norm is an amount equivalent to approximately 4 months rentals. There is a separate administration fee of £200.                                                   
The minimum finance balance (after deposit) is £5,000 - Maximum £25,000. Finance is available over 24 - 48 months. Minimum age 21. The vehicle will need to be insured, fully comprehensive, in the hirers name. Your monthly payment must be no more than 25% of your net salary (income for self - employed) - all benefits (excluding permanent disability allowance and pensions) are excluded from this calculation.                       
Driving Licence Endorsements: For any drug or drink driving (DR) offence in the last 5 years we will need a copy of a full 12 months insurance certificate that has been paid in full. Anyone with a IN10 offence in the last 3 years or any UT50 offence at any time will be excluded from taking finance.  There are 3 tiers of finance depending on how 'bad' your bad credit is - too many variations and legal requirements to give sample prices here, please email for quotations

For Flexilease – please then email / scan, fax or post – copy Driving Licence (card and counterpart) and a utility bill dated in the last 3 months

For Hire Purchase – Copy Driving Licence, Passport and Proof of income will be requested after acceptance
